Qualification: Graduates, undergraduates, or SPM holders Age: Minimum 18 years Language: Proficiency in Mandarin Experience: Fresh graduates or SPM holders with 1 year of customer service or content review-related experience in call centers or content moderation Special Training: Not Applicable (NA)

- Competency-Based Interview (CBI) - Conducted by Recruiter for in-depth assessment
- Language verification and Operational Interview round
