Job Title: Customer Service Executive (E-Hailing Singapore Market), local Malaysians only
Qualification: Completed with SPM, UEC, and ICGSE certificate
Language: English Speaking (Read, Write & Speak)
Salary - 2100 MYR Basic + Allowance 700 MYR
Location - Johor Bahru (Onsite)
Job Description:
-Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other issues raised related to the company's products
-Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
-Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Working days- 6
Shuttle service provided- Yes
Typing Score-Typing Speed 25, Accuracy 100%, Net Speed 25
Working Shift - 24 Hours Rotational
(Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends)
Interview mode- Walk in
