Customer Service Executive (Native Japanese)

Ara Damansara, Malaysia | 24/7 Rotational Shift | 2-Year Renewable Work Permit

About the Role
Bring your native Japanese fluency to Malaysia and help us deliver exceptional service. You will be the trusted voice for customers in Japan, resolving inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat from our Ara Damansara office. What You’ll Do

  • Manage service inquiries and complaints from Japanese customers, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and accuracy.
  • Communicate across channels (voice, email, chat) to solve problems promptly and professionally.
  • Work on a 24-hour rotational shift (Mon–Sun, 8 hours + 1.5-hour break) with 2 days off per week, including weekdays, weekends, and replacement leave for Malaysian public holidays.

What You’ll Bring

  • Native-level Japanese (speaking, reading, writing). This is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts and based at our Ara Damansara office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM 8,000
  • KPI Allowance: Up to RM 370 per month
  • Shift Allowance: Up to RM 1,200 per month
  • Annual Leave: 12 days | Sick Leave: 14 days | Compassionate Leave: 3 days
  • Replacement leave for working on a Malaysian public holiday
  • Medical, dental, and life insurance (PM care)
  • Relocation Support (all explained in Japanese): Malaysian work permit, one-way flight, 2-week hotel stay, airport pickup, introduction to a property agent, and assistance finding schools for children
  • Free shuttle van in Ara Damansara, bank account opening at the office, free English lessons, and unlimited quality coffee
