Project: Healthcare Interpretation Support
Role: Associate – Interpretation Support (Work From Home)

Language: Cantonese & English
Experience: 0–5 years
Shift: Permanent Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide real-time consecutive interpretation between English-speaking healthcare professionals and Cantonese-speaking patients.
- Interpret accurately without adding, omitting, or changing meaning.
- Handle healthcare, insurance, emergency, finance, and support-related calls.
- Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism.
- Attend training, coaching, and quality reviews.
- Meet schedule adherence and performance standards while working remotely.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Cantonese and English (B2+/C1 preferred).
- Strong communication, listening, and interpretation skills.
- Ability to work independently from home with a stable internet connection.
- High School, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in interpretation, healthcare, BPO, customer service, translation, or related fields is an advantage.
