Position Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to provide outstanding support to our valued clients. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
