1-3 years of experience in HR Administration process (Employee Data Management, Benefits Admin, Compensation Admin, Performance Management) process with at least 2 years of Experience in an HR organization
Must-Have:
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results and deadline-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 1-year Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficient in Chinese Mandarin & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
Good to have:
Experience specific to Hire to Retire Data administration for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be an added advantage.
