Interpreter (Cantonese + English) - Work From Home

Job Description: We seek talented individuals to join our team as Live Interpreters with proficiency in Cantonese and English (B2 level or above). As a Live Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in bridging the communication gap between individuals who speak Cantonese and English, enabling effective and smooth communication.

Responsibilities:

Provide real-time interpretation services during live interactions between Cantonese and English speakers.

Ensure accurate and effective communication, conveying the conversation's content and tone.

Handle a variety of topics, including general conversations, meetings, customer support calls, and more.

Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards while maintaining a neutral stance during interpretation.

Requirements:

Fluent in Cantonese and English at a B2 or C1 level.

Fresh graduates or candidates with previous interpretation experience are welcome to apply.

Attentive and possess excellent customer service acumen.

Ability to handle rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts, to support clients in the United States.

Home-based working environment (Work From Home) from any location in Malaysia.
