Job Title : Machine Operator – CNC Turret Punch

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator – CNC Turret Punch with direct experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines in the metal fabrication industry. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality inspection, material coordination, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Operate CNC Turret Punch machines according to production requirements.
Verify finished workpieces against specifications using precision instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Perform operational activities related to punching machines.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure smooth material and component supply.
Maintain and improve workplace housekeeping standards.
Support training activities when required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements

1–3 years of direct experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines.
Experience in the Metal Fabrication Industry.
Knowledge and understanding of engineering-specified tolerances.
Ability to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings / Blueprints.
Strong understanding of machine setup and ability to change machinery for different product lines and material requirements.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Physically fit to perform the required duties.
Independent self-starter with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field.

Salary & Allowances

Gross Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,400 per month, including allowance
Transport Allowance: RM 100 – RM 125
Attendance Allowance: RM 75

Working Hours

Initial Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Later Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotational shifts:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts when implemented.
