Job Title: Quality Analyst - Reservation Site (Native Japanese Only)
Location: LV, Georgetown Penang
Salary Range: RM9,000 - RM14,000
Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Requirements:

Language Skills:
- Native Japanese speaker.
- Proficient in English (B2 level).

Experience:
- Preferred experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous.

Education:
- Diploma or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree and the required skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assessments of reservation processes.
- Provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to implement enhancements based on quality analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance processes.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
