Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP PM configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance planning, and asset management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation projects, including maintenance orders, maintenance plans, notifications, and work order management. The role involves configuring SAP PM solutions, supporting business maintenance processes, integrating with other SAP modules, and providing testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities  : 

1. Configure, implement, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, including preventive and corrective maintenance processes.

2. Manage SAP PM functionalities such as Maintenance Orders, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, Work Order Management, and Maintenance Planning.

3. Support Asset Management processes and ensure effective SAP PM integration with SAP Materials Management (MM), Project System (PS), and Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).

4. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot functional issues, resolve production incidents, and support SAP PM implementation activities.

5. Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize maintenance workflows, improve system performance, and ensure effective SAP PM operations.

Required Skills : 

1. SAP Plant Maintenance (PM): Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation, configuration, and support.

2. Maintenance Management: Expertise in Maintenance Orders, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, and Work Order Management.

3. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Strong understanding of maintenance planning, execution, and asset management processes.

4. SAP Integration: Experience integrating SAP PM with SAP MM, PS, and FI/CO modules.

5. Implementation & Support: Experience in SAP PM configuration, system testing, issue resolution, production support, and process optimization.

Qualifications : 

• Strong relevant experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) consulting, configuration, and implementation.

• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance planning, and asset management.

• Good understanding of SAP PM integration with other SAP modules.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
