Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead specializing in Risk Operation. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing risk operations to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's processes. This role demands strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of risk management practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of risk operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze risk trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging risks and implement effective solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk operations or a similar role
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a 24/7 shift environment
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
