Travel Account Representative - Mandarin or native Japanese Speakers.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Start Date: January 8, 2023
Salary:
Mandarin Speakers:
Basic Salary: 4200MYR - 4500MYR
KPI Allowance: Up to 300MYR
Night Shift Allowance: Up to 320MYR
Native Japanese Speakers:
Basic Salary: 8,500MYR
Housing Allowance: 200MYR
KPI Allowance: Up to 300MYR
Night Shift Allowance: Up to 320MYR
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to travelers in Mandarin or Japanese.
Assist customers with booking arrangements, travel-related inquiries, and problem resolution.
Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin or native Japanese, with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or travel-related role is a plus.
Ability to work night shifts as required.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
