- Vietnamese Speaking Chat Support Specialist**
*Location:* Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
*Salary & Benefits:*
- Basic Salary: RM4000
- Complexity Allowance: RM500
- Housing Allowance: RM200
- KPI Monthly: Up to RM300
- Flight ticket and relocation assistance provided

*Job Description:*
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and callbacks.
- Ensure swift resolution of customer issues while maintaining accuracy.
- Handle escalations efficiently, tracking them to resolution.
- Adhere meticulously to documented call flows, work processes, and complaint management procedures.
- Meet and exceed all SLAs with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Vietnamese.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, including outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of social media platforms is advantageous.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree holder with a valid passport for the next 14 months.
- Currently residing in Vietnam.
- Immediate availability to join upon hiring.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service handling chat support, emails, inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Excellent English communication skills.
