Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to drive financial planning, performance management, forecasting, budgeting and strategic business partnering. The role will involve strong ownership of P&L, working capital, cash flow forecasting and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive P&L management, financial performance analysis and business planning.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

• Drive zero-based budgeting and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Manage working capital and improve cash flow visibility and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and financial models.

• Partner with business and functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions.

• Monitor key financial KPIs and provide regular management reporting.

• Act as a Financial Controller / finance business partner for assigned business areas.

• Identify financial risks, trends and opportunities and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

Preferred Industry / Company Background

Candidates with relevant experience from Big 4 consulting firms such as KPMG, PwC, Deloitte and EY, or from FMCG and Tobacco industries, will be preferred.
