Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for International Voice Process opportunities across multiple reputed multinational organizations in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.

Candidates will be evaluated through MyGlit AI-powered profile screening and matched with suitable openings based on their experience, communication skills, qualifications and employer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.

• Provide customer support, technical assistance or banking-related support depending on the assigned process.

• Maintain quality, compliance and customer service standards.

• Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction and process performance targets.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced international BPO environment.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Location: Must currently reside in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane. Candidates planning to relocate are not eligible.

• Qualification: Graduate or HSC.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience.

• Communication: Good spoken English, listening and comprehension skills.

• Process Knowledge: Prior International Voice customer service experience is mandatory.

• Shift: Must be comfortable with rotational and night shifts.

• Work Mode: Must be comfortable working from the office.

Important: Freshers and candidates without International Voice experience are not eligible and will be rejected during AI screening.
