Job Summary

We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) to configure and support packaged and SaaS applications. The role involves adapting application features, managing releases, monitoring system stability, troubleshooting issues, and using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align technical solutions with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency while maintaining application compatibility and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications based on business requirements.

• Perform independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.

• Provide effective solutions to work-related technical problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

• Manage application configurations and support release activities.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and processes.

• Work with APIs and web services for application connectivity and integration.

• Utilize low-code platforms and standard tools to develop business solutions.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application capabilities.

• Provide training and technical support to end-users.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.

• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.

• Familiarity with APIs and web services.

• Knowledge of low-code development platforms.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Important Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Candidates must be currently located in the Philippines.

• Candidates must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Manila.

• Must be amenable to a shifting work schedule.

• Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME is required.
