About the Role

We are looking for experienced Talend Support Consultants/Developers with a strong background in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, and Talend technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise integration solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and data workflows.
Support the implementation and delivery of enterprise integration projects.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
Perform unit, integration, and performance testing, including defect resolution.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration jobs and workflows.
Provide production support, incident investigation, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration and Talend Cloud platforms.
Strong programming experience with Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
