Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Quantitative Field, Computer Science, and Data Science

3+ years. work experience in data analysis or related field.

Experience with managing data professionals.

Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Phyton, or R

Experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g, MicroStrategy, Power BI) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare standardized CRM & Loyalty insights and share it to stakeholders on regular basis.

Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of insights and dashboard updates.

Direct interaction with business users to gather requirements and translate it to technical requirements in coordination with the technical team.

Provide analysis and insights from various data sources to support the development of strategy and initiatives.

Design and build dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy, Power BI or different reporting software.
