Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Quantitative Field, Computer Science, and Data Science
- 3+ years. work experience in data analysis or related field.
- Experience with managing data professionals.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Phyton, or R
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g, MicroStrategy, Power BI) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare standardized CRM & Loyalty insights and share it to stakeholders on regular basis.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of insights and dashboard updates.
- Direct interaction with business users to gather requirements and translate it to technical requirements in coordination with the technical team.
- Provide analysis and insights from various data sources to support the development of strategy and initiatives.
- Design and build dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy, Power BI or different reporting software.
