Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in trade background or relevant engineering would be advantageous

3+ years’ experience in technical writing preferably SAP related

Experience with SAP & Master Data load sheets would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Review OEM maintenance manuals and extract relevant maintenance requirements.

Create inspection documents using client-specific MS Word templates in accordance with work instructions.

Convert documents to and from PDF format for seamless integration into SAP.

Review and enhance formatting and text standards of existing documents to align with client-specific guidelines.

Extract SAP Task List long text and convert it into client-formatted word documents.

Develop MS Word templates in cases where no suitable existing template is available.
