Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong research and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and preferably has experience in the recruitment industry. The Sourcing Associate will be responsible for proactively sourcing qualified candidates by utilizing various techniques such as database mining, employee referrals, job boards, social media, networking sites, and other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods such as database mining, job boards, social media networks, and other sources;

Conceptualize and organize hiring events;

Build and maintain relationships with external partners to identify potential candidates;

Create job postings on job boards to attract potential candidates;

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system; and

Monitor industry trends related to recruitment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field

Preferably with at least 6 months of exposure in recruitment or candidate sourcing

Excellent interpersonal skills

Work Schedule and Location:

Flexible work shift

Applicant must be willing to work onsite. Our Cebu Office is located within IT Park, Cebu City.
