EXL Pasay is hiring for multiple accounts - Horizon, Citrix, and Indy! Great opportunity for experienced CSRs with competitive package and sign-on bonus.

*Salary & Benefits:*

- Salary Package: Up to PHP 22,500

- Sign-On Bonus: PHP 25,000

- Work Setup: Onsite - EXL Pasay

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum Senior High School Graduate

- Must have at least 1 year BPO Voice experience

- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay

- Good English communication skills

- Can start ASAP

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries for assigned account (Horizon / Citrix / Indy)

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure resolution

- Meet quality and productivity targets
