Responsibilities:

- Handle telco-related customer inquiries and concerns

- Provide excellent customer service and support

Qualifications:

- Education: At least Senior High School Graduate

- Experience: Telco / TSR experience is an advantage but not required

- Communication: Good English communication skills

- Work Setup: Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig

- Schedule: Amenable to shifting schedule
