Description / Requirements
Job title: Team Leader
Account: UK Financial Collections
Work set up: 100% Onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work shift: Shifting schedules, UK time
Salary: Up to 48,000 basic + 2400 allowance depending on experience
*Joining Bonus of 40K
Start date: ASAP
Headcount: 1
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 2 years of work experience in banking operations and Team Handling UK/US
• 2-4 years Team Lead experience under a financial (banking) account, with focus on mortgage, auto/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related areas.
• Sound Knowledge about banking domain and understanding of the process and bucket flows
• Experience in collections team management and familiar with the data and reports pertaining to collections
• Understanding of banking terminologies, guidelines and laws.
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
