Job Title: Account: Travel (GDS)
Basic Salary: $23,000 - $34,000
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Onsite
Education: High School Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of GDS experience (Any GDS system)
- Preferably with Travel Industry Experience.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to assist customers in booking and managing travel arrangements
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to travel bookings
Stay updated on travel industry trends and GDS system enhancements
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
Skills:
Proficient in using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling travel-related transactions
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shifting schedule environment
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
