Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

At least 5 years of experience as accounts receivable lead or supervisor

Experience in Collections, Invoicing Processes, and Accounts Reconciliation

Solid experience with QuickBooks accounting software

Superior spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software · Advanced MS Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables

Experience with Paychex and QuickBooks is a must

Good to work on a hybrid setup and night shift schedule.
