Lead SAP IBP Solutions That Drive Business Transformation
We’re looking for an experienced SAP IBP Business Architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, optimize business processes, and guide teams in delivering strategic technology initiatives.
Eligibility
* 3+ years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
* Expert-level proficiency in SAP IBP
* Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture
* Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions
* Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Ability to analyze and optimize business operations
* Experience developing business cases and supporting change initiatives
* Proven ability to operate as an SME and mentor team members
* Must be open to a hybrid setup in Cebu and shifting schedules

* Lead SAP IBP solutions and provide expertise across teams
* Translate business requirements into effective, scalable solutions
* Drive process improvements and promote best practices
* Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders
