Join Our Team as an SAP CPI & APIM Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI & API Management (APIM) Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP API Management (APIM), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Event Mesh, API security, and cloud integration technologies. You will build scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations that connect SAP and non-SAP applications while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) following SAP Clean Core principles.
Build scalable, resilient, and secure integrations with robust error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, and logging.
Develop and manage API proxies, API products, and advanced policies using SAP API Management (APIM).
Implement Groovy and JavaScript scripts for data transformation, validation, routing, and performance optimization.
Develop event-driven integration solutions using SAP Event Mesh.
Apply API-first architecture and secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, SSL/TLS, API Keys, and Certificates.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Development teams to deliver cloud-native integration solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP integration flows and APIs to ensure high availability and performance.
Support production environments by resolving integration issues and implementing continuous improvements.
Document integration designs, technical specifications, and deployment procedures.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

5–8 years of professional experience in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SAP API Management (APIM).
Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
Proven expertise configuring and managing SAP API Management policies including throttling, quota management, security, routing, and traffic management.
Solid experience with Groovy scripting for advanced integration logic and transformations.
Experience implementing event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh.
Familiarity with SAP Clean Core principles and SAP extensibility best practices.
Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using cloud integration technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and global teams.
Stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
