Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Mandarin Bilingual)

Salary Package: PHP 100,000 – PHP 105,000
Target Start Date: July 27

Job Summary
We are seeking a Mandarin Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations while providing bilingual support in both Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with ERP systems, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Operations
Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately.
Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), and invoices.
Prepare and execute payment runs through wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
Support month-end closing activities including AP accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and applicable tax regulations.
Vendor Management & Bilingual Support
Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking vendors.
Resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account-related queries.
Collaborate with Procurement and Receiving teams to resolve billing concerns.
Translate Accounts Payable documents, communications, and process guidelines between Mandarin and English when required.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
1–3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or General Accounting.
Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO environment is an advantage.
Language Requirements
Business-level fluency in Mandarin (HSK Level 6 or HSK Level 5 preferred; strong HSK Level 4 may also be considered).
Business-level fluency in English.
Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
Knowledge of Mandarin business etiquette and corporate communication.
Understanding of China's VAT is an added advantage.
Important Notes
Open to Filipino candidates (Native and Non-Native Mandarin speakers).
Must be willing to work onsite in Aura, Taguig.
Permanent night shift with fixed weekends off.
