WE'RE HIRING: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE EXECUTIVE!
Location: IT Park, Cebu City (100% Onsite)
Shift: Australian Time Zone – Day Shift
Industry: Logistics – Australian Account
Headcount: 1
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Confidential (Based on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/Business One (Required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with experience in billing, cash application, and reconciliations
- Exposure to AR process improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Process billing, cash applications, and account reconciliations
- Handle journal vouchers and month-end closing
- Resolve client queries and manage escalations
- Prepare dashboard reports and monitor KPIs
- Ensure quality standards and SLA compliance
- Handle client calls and support process improvements
