Accounts Receivable Executive: Logistics

QUALIFICATIONS

‎

‎- College graduate in any relevant field.

‎- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).

‎- Direct experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is required.

‎- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

‎- Excellent time management skills, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and delivering results.

‎- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

‎- Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling complex invoices, quality assurance, minor exceptions, and payment processing.

‎- Experience or exposure to Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives.

‎ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

‎

‎- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations.

‎- Process customer billing accurately and in a timely manner.

‎- Handle cash application and ensure accurate allocation of customer payments.

‎- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

‎- Prepare and post journal vouchers (JVs) in the client's system.

‎- Resolve day-to-day queries and ensure timely escalation of process-related issues.

‎- Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

‎- Ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

‎- Prepare and maintain dashboard reports to monitor process performance.

‎- Handle client calls and address inquiries professionally.

‎- Manage the escalation process and ensure timely resolution of issues.

‎- Monitor, measure, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

‎- Participate in quality initiatives and continuous process improvement activities.
