Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST – VOICE

Location: IT Park, Cebu City
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift: Australian Time Zone (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start)
Salary Package: ₱20,610 (negotiable based on experience)
Start Date: November 6, 2026
Openings: 4
Industry: Logistics – Australian Account

Qualifications

  • College graduate of any course; Accounting or Business Management preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant BPO or non-BPO experience.
  • BPO applicants must have voice account experience; non-BPO applicants may have voice or non-voice experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or SAP applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, and query resolution.
  • Monitor shop orders and provide customer support.
