Position Overview

We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialists – Voice to support an Australian logistics account. The successful candidates will handle customer communications, order tracking, account-related inquiries, query resolution, and shop order monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), procurement, logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service, along with hands-on experience using ERP or SAP applications and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications related to accounts receivable, orders, and logistics services.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Track customer orders and monitor shop orders to ensure timely processing and follow-up.

• Support Accounts Receivable and related operational activities as required.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction information in relevant systems.

• Use ERP or SAP applications to access, update, and manage operational data.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and record maintenance.

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and service-level expectations.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College graduate in any discipline; Accounting, Business Management, or related courses are preferred.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or non-BPO environment.

• Candidates with BPO experience must have worked in a voice account.

• Candidates from non-BPO backgrounds may have voice or non-voice experience.

• Hands-on experience with an ERP system or SAP application is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong verbal communication skills, with English proficiency close to Standard American English.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, procurement, logistics, or freight forwarding is preferred.

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City, on an Australian-aligned schedule.
