• Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

• Process customer billing and invoices accurately and on time.

• Manage cash application and payment processing.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Process journal vouchers (JVs) in the client's system.

• Handle daily queries and ensure timely resolution and escalation.

• Support month-end closing activities.

• Monitor and achieve defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Prepare dashboard reports and track process performance.

• Handle client calls and manage escalations professionally.

• Monitor and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• College graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

• Direct hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in handling complex invoices, quality checks, minor exceptions, and payments.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and deliver quality results.

• Exposure to Accounts Receivable process improvement projects.

Work Requirements

• Must be willing to work 100% onsite at IT Park, Cebu City.

• Must be comfortable working on an Australian time zone day shift.
