Qualifications

• Completed at least two years of college with no back subjects.

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and operational workflows.

• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions.

• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Willingness to work full-time onsite in Quezon City on a shifting or night-shift schedule.
