Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA DB Administrator to join our team in Cebu City. The role will be responsible for administering, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting SAP HANA databases while ensuring system performance, availability, security, and data integrity.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, resolve database-related issues, and contribute to effective technology solutions. The position requires someone who can work independently, contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and is flexible to work on a shifting schedule based on client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform SAP HANA database administration activities independently and act as an SME.
Develop and implement SAP HANA DB solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Monitor and optimize SAP HANA database performance.
Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Ensure database availability, reliability, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HANA database issues.
Support database security and authorization activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and technical solutions.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Provide technical solutions for work-related database issues.
Stay updated with SAP HANA technologies, industry trends, and database administration best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
Strong knowledge of database management principles.
Hands-on experience in SAP HANA database administration.
Experience with SAP HANA database performance tuning.
Good understanding of SAP HANA architecture and data modeling.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio.
Knowledge of SAP HANA security and authorization concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule depending on client/project requirements.
Candidates must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
