Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation who will serve as an SME in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Transportation. The role will evaluate business processes, gather high-level requirements, design effective business solutions, and support strategic transformation initiatives through close collaboration between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an SME for SAP LE Transportation and provide functional expertise.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions.
Manage and guide team members to ensure successful delivery.
Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Gather and understand high-level business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into effective business and technical solutions.
Design and implement solutions integrating with SAP transportation modules.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
Support transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
Develop business cases and process models to support organizational changes.
Provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.
Mentor team members and encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP LE Transportation.
Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes within transportation management.
Experience designing and implementing business solutions integrated with SAP transportation modules.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with process modeling and business case development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
