Business Architect - SAP LE Transportation

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP LE Transportation to drive business transformation and deliver effective SAP-enabled solutions. The role involves evaluating existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering high-level business requirements, and translating them into practical solutions. The candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP LE Transportation and support team performance.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technology decisions.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Gather and understand high-level business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into effective SAP-based business solutions.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Develop and support business cases for transformation initiatives.
Support the implementation of strategic projects and business solutions.
Provide solutions to complex business problems across teams.
Manage stakeholders and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and professional development.
Ensure business solutions align with organizational objectives and expected outcomes.

Required Skills

Expert proficiency in SAP LE Transportation.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
Experience in SAP transportation solutions and business process integration.
Strong business requirements analysis and solution design skills.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Knowledge of process modeling and business case development.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP LE Transportation.
Experience working with supply chain, logistics, and transportation management processes.
Experience in business solution design and SAP transformation projects.
