(ACTIVE) Global Artwork Manager_FMCG | Japanese or Mandarin | Hybrid in Manila

• Manage packaging artwork and graphics projects from initial design concepts through final print production.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, R&D, Design, and Regulatory, and external stakeholders such as agencies, printers, and suppliers.

• Develop project timelines, define milestones, coordinate cross-functional responsibilities, and track deliverables using project management tools.

• Identify potential production bottlenecks, risks, and timeline delays, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Review artwork files to ensure accuracy, compliance with packaging specifications, and adherence to relevant industry regulations.

• Ensure timely delivery and quality standards across all packaging artwork projects.

Qualifications

• C2-level proficiency or native fluency in Japanese or Mandarin.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG packaging graphics, artwork management, or structural design.

• Proven experience working directly with creative design teams and printing solutions.

• Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid or on-site setup in Pasay or McKinley Hill, Taguig.

• Open to expatriates and candidates willing to relocate.
