The Role
Are you an Operational Technology (OT) Security expert with a passion for securing industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments? Do you thrive on leading teams, driving security initiatives, and ensuring operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient?
We are looking for a high-caliber OT Security Specialist/Team Lead to support and deliver security managed services across client environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive key decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within security operations.
If you have 3–5+ years of OT Security experience, strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, and proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in OT infrastructure, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Security Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team execution to meet security objectives.
Team Management: Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key security initiatives.
Problem-Solving: Provide solutions to security challenges across teams and environments.
Strategic Alignment: Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align on security strategies and operational goals.
Team Development: Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and capability.
Service Delivery: Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of Operational Technology (OT) Security experience (required).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and OT environments.
Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in OT infrastructure.
Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes specific to OT.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex security issues.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
Work Setup: Must be amenable to working on a shifting schedule with a hybrid work setup at our Cubao office.
