The Role

Are you a Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ? Do you thrive on building enterprise-grade web platforms with multi-region, multi-brand, or high-availability requirements?

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior AEM Front-End Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise web platforms. You will work with cutting-edge technologies including AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer-facing web journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web platforms using AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service, and modern front-end technologies.
Integration: Build and integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and content management platforms.
UI/UX Implementation: Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and UI/UX principles are followed.
Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and debugging.
Version Control: Use Git and work within modern development workflows.
Collaboration: Work independently and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination.
CI/CD & DevOps: Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, secure software delivery, and production deployment.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for technical designs and operational procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of professional web development experience or equivalent senior-level capability.
AEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, Apache Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Dispatcher, and DAM.
Front-End: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
Framework: Practical experience with Vue.js in production; React or Angular is a plus.
Integration: Experience with REST APIs, backend services, and content management platforms.
Enterprise Platforms: Experience with multi-region, multi-brand, or high-availability web platforms.
Backend: Familiarity with Java, .NET, or backend integration patterns.
Agile/Scrum: Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
DevOps: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, secure software delivery, and production deployment.
Domain: Experience in digital marketing, loyalty, retail, or customer-facing web journeys.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
