ACTIVE HIRING: Trainer – Order to Cash (O2C)

Location: Alabang, Philippines

Program: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

Salary: ₱40,000 package

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Night shift; possible weekends

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations.

- Explain O2C workflows, procedures, policies, and process requirements.

- Develop training materials, presentations, process guides, and job aids.

- Conduct knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and training evaluations.

- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.

- Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and improve performance.

- Update training materials to reflect process changes and operational requirements.

- Communicate with internal and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of relevant BPO experience.

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Experience in shared services, BPO, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), or captive operations is preferred.

- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.

- Experience creating and delivering O2C training programs is an advantage.

- BFSI or financial services operations background is preferred.

- Experience supporting international teams or interacting with global clients is an advantage.

- Willing to work onsite in Alabang on night shifts, with possible weekend schedules.
