Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology or a related technical field.

• At least 2 years of experience in US Healthcare, including CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.

• Experience in IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement initiatives.

• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with clients, executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.

• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and business insights.

• Exposure to change management initiatives.

• Experience in process automation and operational improvement projects.

Work Requirements

• Must be amenable to a hybrid work arrangement in Taguig, Cebu, or Davao.

• Must be flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays, as required by the business.
