Manager Expert – Technical Architect for AI

Location: Taguig City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Schedule: Mid Shift to Night Shift
Experience: 10+ years

Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Architect (Manager Expert) with strong expertise in Generative AI, Solution Architecture, and Customer Experience (CX) solutions. The role will be responsible for designing technical architectures, guiding development projects, conducting code reviews, and ensuring scalable and effective implementation of AI-driven automation solutions.

This is a technical leadership role focused on leading projects and architecture, not people management.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and define functional and technical architecture.
Design scalable, secure, and optimized technology solutions.
Lead and oversee assigned development programs through successful delivery.
Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews with software engineers.
Develop and oversee both front-end and back-end solutions while ensuring coding and testing standards.
Analyze business and software requirements and ensure SLA compliance.
Conduct business analysis and capture end-to-end requirements.
Prepare technology solution designs, estimates, and proposals.
Communicate technical and system requirements to development teams.
Evaluate software, hardware, and integration approaches.
Ensure implementation follows the agreed architecture and infrastructure standards.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance.
Work with governance teams to communicate project status, risks, and issues.
Train junior team members in Business Analysis and Architectural Design.
Support Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and Change Management processes.
Ensure automation development projects follow industry standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of experience in Technical or Solution Architecture roles.
5+ years of experience in Generative AI model architecture design and implementation.
Proven experience in productionizing AI-driven solutions.
Strong experience in web technologies and enterprise application design and integration.
Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML and Data Science projects.
Knowledge of AI methodologies, Agile, DevOps, and MLOps practices.
Strong programming experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js/Node.ts, and React/ReactTS.
Strong Shell scripting skills.
Strong SQL knowledge with experience in relational and NoSQL databases.
Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
Experience leading projects and providing technical direction.

Additional Requirements

Open to non-Filipino candidates; work visa and relocation support will be provided.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Taguig City on a mid-to-night shift schedule.
