MIS Executive – UK Financial Customer Service

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Shift: Shifting
Salary: Up to 20% hike from last drawn salary + PHP 2,400 allowance, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support reporting and workforce management operations within a UK Financial Customer Service environment. The role will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, maintaining dashboards, analyzing contact center data, and providing insights to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Analyze contact center and WFM data to identify trends, gaps, and performance opportunities.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of management reports.
Support contact center/WFM teams with data analysis and reporting requirements.
Track key operational metrics and highlight variances against targets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide relevant insights.
Maintain data integrity and ensure reports are updated accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably within a BPO environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Contact Center or Workforce Management (WFM) operations.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Knowledge of Contact Center/WFM metrics and KPIs is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shifting work environment.
Willingness to work 100% onsite in Quezon City.
