Job Summary

We are looking for a Custom Software Engineer with expert-level proficiency in IBM Db2 and strong experience in Natural. The role involves developing, designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions while working with multiple teams to deliver scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Collaborate with and manage team performance.
Take responsibility for team-level technical decisions.
Work with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Provide solutions to complex problems across teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Develop and enhance custom software solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
