Role Overview

We are seeking a technically skilled Oracle ICS Application Integration Specialist to manage and enhance packaged applications and SaaS-based solutions through Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring application integrations, supporting cloud-based systems, maintaining integration performance, and resolving technical issues. This position requires the ability to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver reliable solutions that meet business and operational requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain application integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Support packaged and SaaS applications by adapting configurations and integration features to meet business needs.

• Develop and maintain integration workflows connecting enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.

• Use APIs, web services, and integration tools to facilitate secure and efficient communication between systems.

• Analyze integration requirements and recommend suitable technical approaches.

• Investigate application incidents, integration errors, and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.

• Support application upgrades, release management, deployment activities, and configuration changes.

• Maintain compatibility between integrated applications while minimizing operational disruptions.

• Prepare and update technical documentation, configuration records, and support procedures.

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and implement improvements.

• Provide technical assistance, knowledge sharing, and guidance to users and team members.

• Identify opportunities to improve integration reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Keep up to date with Oracle Integration Cloud capabilities, emerging integration technologies, and industry best practices.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks, contribute to team discussions, and independently resolve work-related problems.

Mandatory Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle ICS integration configuration and support.

• Understanding of cloud-based application integration concepts and methodologies.

• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and application connectivity.

• Familiarity with SaaS applications, packaged software, and cloud deployment practices.

• Knowledge of low-code integration and application development platforms.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and function as a subject-matter expert.

Preferred Capabilities

• Experience supporting enterprise application integrations in a production environment.

• Familiarity with integration monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.

• Understanding of release management, change management, and technical documentation practices.

• Ability to explain technical issues and integration solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Location and Eligibility

• The position is based onsite in Manila, Philippines.

• Candidates must be comfortable working on a shifting schedule.
