PHRN (Professional Health Registered Nurse)

Location: Philippines
Target Start Date: October 13, 2026
Work Setup: Full onsite during training; once in production, onsite 2 days per week
Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a PHRN (Professional Health Registered Nurse) with an active nursing license and relevant experience in grievance and case appeals. The role will support back-office, non-voice healthcare operations and requires candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and following the required onsite work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and review healthcare-related grievances and case appeals.
Perform back-office/non-voice case processing and documentation.
Review case details and supporting information accurately.
Ensure cases are processed according to established procedures and guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and productivity requirements.
Coordinate with relevant teams for case resolution when required.

Qualifications

PHRN with an active license.
Active Registered Nurse status.
Minimum 1 year of experience in grievance and case appeals.
Experience in a back-office/non-voice environment.
Willing to work on a night shift.
Willing to attend full onsite training and work onsite 2 days per week after production.
Candidates with frequent job changes of less than one year should be carefully screened.
