We are looking for 7 Licensed Registered Nurses for a Grievance and Case Appeals non-voice, back-office healthcare account. Perfect for PHRNs with grievance experience who want a pure non-voice role with hybrid setup!

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Handle grievance and case appeals for healthcare members

- Review and process cases based on guidelines and compliance standards

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for all cases

- Work in a back-office, non-voice environment and meet quality targets

*Qualifications:*

- PHRN with active license required

- At least 1 year of experience in grievance and case appeals

- Back-office / non-voice experience is preferred

- Willing to work night shift and attend full onsite training

- Stable work history - Frequent job hoppers with less than 1 year tenure will not be considered
