PHRN Clinical Analyst – Voice Account

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila

Job Responsibilities

• Handle clinical and healthcare-related voice interactions with patients, members, or clients.

• Provide accurate and professional assistance based on established healthcare processes and guidelines.

• Document and maintain accurate records of interactions and clinical information.

• Follow client policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare procedures.

• Ensure excellent customer service while handling sensitive healthcare-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active license valid for at least 6 months upon application.

• Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

• Experience must be actual clinical/work experience and not obtained through training or internship.

• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer/s.

• Must not be a former or current employee of the client.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willing to undergo onsite recruitment processing in Quezon City.

Assessment Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

1. PHRN license validity date

2. Total years of bedside/hospital/clinical experience as a Staff Nurse
